TAPIOCA PUDDING FRUIT SALAD | |
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can peach slices 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can green grapes 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries 1 3/4 pkg. tapioca pudding 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. miniature marshmallows 8 oz. Cool Whip Drain fruit, reserving 1 1/2 cups juice. Cook pudding as directed on package using 1 1/2 cups juice and 1/2 cup milk. When cooked, add lemon juice. Cool. When cool, mix with fruit, marshmallows and Cool Whip. Let stand overnight. |
