MAURICE CHEF SALAD AND DRESSING 
On a bed of chopped lettuce place strips of ham, Swiss cheese, turkey or chicken, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, chunks of tomatoes. Serve dressing over top.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. vinegar
1 1/3 c. salad oil
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. 1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Place all ingredients in a glass jar and mix well. This yields 1 pint of French dressing. To make Maurice Dressing add 2/3 cup of this French dressing to: 2 chopped hard cooked eggs 2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Mix the ingredients and pour over salad.
