CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
Slice 6 medium potatoes in a large casserole dish. Make white sauce and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and add 1 (10 ounce) package of frozen chopped broccoli and 2 cups cut up cooked chicken. Continue cooking for about 20 more minutes.

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

I used one and half of evaporated milk and half cup of water for the milk mixture.
