GINGERY PEA & NOODLE SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2-3 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 green onions, including tops
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed, not cooked
1 stalk thinly sliced celery
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine mayonnaise, ginger, salt, mustard and soy sauce. Cut onions in 2" slices thinly shredded. Spoon the dressing over vegetables and toss. Just before serving add the noodles, tossing only until covered with dressing. Serves 6.
