EASY DELICIOUS RED BEANS & RICE 
1 lb. bulk sausage*
3 cans Creole flavored dark red kidney beans, with juice
1 large jar taco sauce*
1 large jar chunky salsa*
rice
*if you like really spicy food, choose the hot variety of these items. My family prefers mild.

Brown 1 lb. bulk sausage in skillet, breaking up into small pieces until cooked thoroughly. Drain.

Pour into CrockPot and add the beans, taco sauce and salsa. Cook for 6-8 hours.

Cook rice. Pour bean mixture over rice and enjoy!

Serve with corn bread.

A very simple, yet delicious, version of an old Creole favorite. Perfect for cool weather!
