KRUMKAKE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. almond extract

Beat eggs with sugar until light. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Heat iron over medium heat - brush lightly with melted butter or spray with Pam. Pour about 1 tablespoon batter on krumkake iron. Cook until golden on one side - turn and cook on other side. Wrap wafer around wooden cone. Slide off when cool.
