KRUMKAKE | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. soft butter 2 eggs, separated 1 c. milk or half and half 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Beat sugar and butter together until smooth. Add egg yolks, milk, flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth; set aside. Beat egg whites until foamy (thick). Fold into other mixture until well blended. Heat krumkake iron. Spoon onto iron. Turn over. Remove from iron and roll. If mixture seems too thick, add a little milk. |
