2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. zucchini, diced
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 (14.2 oz.) pkg. Hinoichi regular tofu, drained
