ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus spears, drained (save liquid)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Better Cheddar crackers

Drain asparagus, save liquid. Place asparagus in casserole dish. Mix soup, egg, and liquid. Mix well. Add cheese and pour over asparagus. Top with Better Cheddar cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown.
