CAM'S QUICK & EASY SEAFOOD SALAD 
Snow crab legs taste best but imitation crab can be used as well.

3 cups lump crab meat
1 to 1 1/2 cups salad shrimp (frozen)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Chop crab meat finely and mix with all ingredients above. Allow salad to chill in refrigerator for at 1 hour.

Can be served with crackers or over a bed of lettuce.
