BEEF WITH BROCCOLI | |
2 lbs. stew meat 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons soy sauce 2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 4 cups broccoli flowerets 2 oz mushrooms (optional) 1/3 cup broth (beef recommended) Combine flour and soy sauce in bowl and mix well. Stir-fry garlic in oil in a skillet or wok. Add beef and stir fry for 3 minutes each side; remove beef and set aside. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
