BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
2 lbs. stew meat
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups broccoli flowerets
2 oz mushrooms (optional)
1/3 cup broth (beef recommended)

Combine flour and soy sauce in bowl and mix well. Stir-fry garlic in oil in a skillet or wok. Add beef and stir fry for 3 minutes each side; remove beef and set aside.

Add broccoli, mushrooms, and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve over rice, cooked or fried.

I found it a very easy recipe however neglected to tell what to do with the soy sauce and flour, Slightly bland so I added more soy sauce at the end but overall a good and quick meal!

This was a good meal with good flavor. I added the flour soy sauce mix at the end and it thickened the sauce but I would recommend either cutting meat really thin or cooking longer so it is more tender. Would highly recommend - very quick meal.
