MOM'S WILD RICE SALAD | |
1 c. wild rice 1 c. cashews 1 c. water chestnuts, cut in fourths 2 c. green grapes, halved 2 c. chicken chunks 1 c. salad dressing, mixed with 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt Bring water to boil. Dump in rice and soak for 1 to 2 hours. About 2 times, dump out some water. Boil rice in chicken broth for 10 minutes. Let cool, then mix all ingredients together. |
