WILD RICE - CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (4 oz.) box wild rice
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1/2 bunch scallions or green onions
2 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
2 oz. jars stuffed olives, drained
Miracle Whip salad dressing
Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt & pepper to taste

Cook rice according to package directions. Cook chicken and cut into bite-size pieces. Slice scallions, cut up artichoke hearts and slice olives. Mix all together with enough salad dressing to bind all ingredients. Use seasonings to taste.
