GWEN'S WILD AND CRAZY WILD RICE
SALAD
 
3 1/2 c. water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 c. wild rice
3 green onions
1 green pepper
1 can water chestnuts
3 tomatoes
1 1/2 c. celery
3/4 bottle Italian salad dressing
Cashews

Rinse rice in sieve several times. Boil water, bouillon, and wild rice. Cook about 20-30 minutes until done; drain and cool.

Mix vegetables into cooled rice. Toss with Italian dressing and sprinkle with cashews just prior to serving.
