ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
12 corn tortillas spread with butter
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. water

Brown meat, add onion, seasonings, and tomato sauce. In a casserole, alternate tortillas, beef mixture, olives, and cheese. Pour water over top of all and cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
