LAYERED ENCHILADA PIE | |
1 med. onion 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. paprika 1/2 c. chopped olives 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 6 tortillas, spread with butter 1 sm. can pinto beans 2 c. vegeburger 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. water Brown vegeburger with onion; add seasoning and tomato sauce. In a casserole, alternate layers of buttered tortillas, vegeburger, beans, grated cheese, and olives. Add water; cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into wedges with sharp knife. Serves 4. |
