ENCHILADA PIE | |
10 corn tortillas 2 lb. ground beef 1 med. clove garlic 1 onion 1 can (7 oz.) green chilies (drained & diced) 1 can mushroom soup 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 tsp. chili powder 1 lb. longhorn cheese (shredded) Salt & pepper to taste Cut tortillas into quarters; fry and drain. Brown meat, onions and garlic. Then add rest of mixture. Alternate layers of tortillas, mixture and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. |
