CHICKEN ENCHILADA PIE 
1 cooked chicken, deboned
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheese
2 regular size bags Doritos (taco flavor)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Dash pepper
Dash chili powder

Mix soups and chicken broth, onion, garlic salt, Tabasco sauce, pepper and chili powder. Layer chips, chicken, sauce and cover with cheese; repeat. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
