ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. mild cheese, grated
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato sauce
Corn tortillas
1 c. water
Dash of salt and pepper

Brown beef and onion together. Add chili powder, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer 20 minutes.

Put layer of tortillas and meat mixture and cheese until all are used. Top with cheese. Pour cup of water over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
