PIZZA TOMATO SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes (26 lb. approximately)
6 garlic cloves
6 med. onions
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. brown sugar
Salt to taste
3 tbsp. oregano leaves
2 tbsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. pepper

Cut up tomatoes and add ingredients. Heat to boil, stir frequently. Reduce heat; cook until thick. Put into quart jars or pints. Hot water bath 25 minutes or more.
