BEST BARBEQUES 
5 lbs. ground beef
2 1/2 c. celery
2 onions
2 green peppers
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt

Brown beef with finely chopped celery; drain. Put onions and peppers through food chopper or blender. Mix remaining ingredients together and add onions and peppers. Mix with browned hamburger. Simmer slowly 2 to 3 hours. Makes 35 barbeques.
