CORN CASSEROLE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. plain cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 jalapeno peppers
2 cans cream style corn
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs; add other ingredients in order given. Put in buttered casserole, 9 x 12 inches and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
