MEXICAN SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
5 to 7 fresh yellow squash, cooked & drained A sm. jar Cheese Whiz (plain or jalapeno depending on taste) 2 eggs 1 onion, chopped 1 can chopped green chilies 1 can cream of celery soup Spread Cheese Whiz in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Spread cooked squash on cheese. Mix and add beaten eggs, green chilies and chopped onion. Top with cream of celery soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
