MEXICAN SQUASH 
Boil 3 to 4 squash until tender; drain. Add 1 tablespoon butter. Beat 1 egg, mix in squash. Add 1 can green chilies peppers, 1 small onion, chopped and 1 cup of grated cheese. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
