BEEF ROLL-UPS 
1/4 lb. dried beef in bag (or use corned beef)
6 oz. of cream cheese
3 tbsp. grated onion
3 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. white wine

Combine all ingredients except meat. Beat until creamy, adding more wine if needed. Place small amount of mixture on each slice of meat. Roll up and chill. Cut into 1 inch pieces to serve.
