CHEDDAR FILLED BEEF ROLLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Italian dressing
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. water

Combine meat, bread crumbs, Italian dressing, egg and salt; mix well. Pat meat mixture in 14"x8" rectangle on aluminum foil or waxed paper.

Combine cheese, bread crumbs, green pepper and water; pat over meat mixture. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice meat mixture into 6 servings. Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
