BLUEBERRY THRILL 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. melted vegetable shortening
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 18 (2 1/2 inch) muffin pan cups. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Mix eggs, sugar, shortening and milk until combined. Fold in berries. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
