SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. bread crumbs (toast)
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked squash
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Mix together and cook in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
