COUNTRY PIE 
1/2 of 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

FILLING:

1 1/3 c. minute rice
3/4 c. water
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all of "crust" ingredients together. Place in a 10 inch pie pan forming a shell. Bring up high on sides. Mix all of "filling" ingredients together reserving 1/4 of cheese. Fill crust with this mixture. Bake covered with foil 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with rest of cheese and bake uncovered 10 minutes more.
