HONEY WAFFLES 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. honey

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Add melted butter to beaten egg yolks, then add milk and honey. Pour into dry ingredients and mix quickly, just to moisten. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake on a hot waffle iron. Serve with honey syrup.
