CHILI RELLENOS BAKE 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
2 c. whole green chilis, chopped
1 c. evaporated milk
7 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. flour

Toss chilis and cheeses in a 9x12 pan.
