1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mayo
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
3 sm. green onions
1 pkg. Knorrs vegetable soup mix

Thaw spinach and drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with Hawaiian bread.
