RASPBERRY JELLY 
Pick 2 1/2 quarts of berries for 1 quart juice.

Mix:

4 c. juice
1 box Sure-Jell
1/2 tsp. butter

Bring above to a boil and stir constantly during the process. Add 5 1/2 cups sugar all at once; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and bottle.
