2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds. Spray 9 inch pie pan with Pam. Pour mix into the pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
