IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
1/2 c. Bisquick mix 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. milk 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 4 to 6 oz. coconut Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 30 minutes. Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into 9 inch pie plate buttered well. Pan will be full. Bake until brown and set. Allow it to cool. Refrigerate. |
