SWISS SHRIMP QUICHE 
1 quiche shell
Shrimp, cooked and chopped
2 eggs
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
Dash cayenne
Dash salt
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix cheese, flour and spices together and spread into pie shell. Beat eggs and milk, add shrimp and stir gently. Pour into shell and bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
