BROCCOLI AND SHRIMP QUICHE 
1 (20") quiche shell
1 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
1 c. blanched broccoli flowerettes
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 (7 1/2 oz.) Farmer cheese
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Whole cooked shrimp or broccoli

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle shrimp, broccoli and Parmesan cheese into bottom of shell. Beat together eggs, Farmer cheese, cream and curry powder. Pour mixture over ingredients in shell. Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with whole broccoli and shrimp.
