2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 c. flake coconut

Mix sugar and flour; add eggs, then remaining ingredients. Pour into 9-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees until browned on top, about 30-35 minutes. Makes own crust.
