3 (4 servings size) pkgs. Jello brand strawberry or raspberry flavor gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water, applesauce, and cinnamon. Pour into Flintstones mold (optional) which has been sprayed with pure vegetable cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Makes 10 servings.
