PINK APPLE PIE 
1 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1/4 c. shredded coconut

Bring water to boil. Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Add vanilla ice cream by spoonsful, stir until melted. Add applesauce and salt. Stir until blended. Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle top with coconut. Chill until firm.
