PINK PIES 
2 graham cracker crust
1 lg. can evaporated milk, put in freezer one hour before mixing)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 box cherry Jello

Combine pineapple juice, sugar, and egg. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Add Jello and evaporated milk. Whip all together. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
