RED APPLE SALAD 
1 can applesauce (1 lb.)
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin (3 oz.)
1 bottle 7-Up (6 oz. size)

Heat applesauce and dissolve gelatin in it. Chill until slightly thickened and add cold Seven-Up. Mix thoroughly and pour into a chilled 6-cup mold or 5 to 6 individual molds. Unmold on lettuce leaves.
