APPLE AND ORANGE SALAD 
1 sm. box orange or peach Jello
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. grated apple

Dissolve jello in hot water, add juices. Add 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, soft. Stir well. Chill until partially set. Add the rest and pour into individual molds or one large mold. 1/3 cup pecans may be added. May be garnished with sliced Marachino Cherries.
