SALMON PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. chopped onions
Salt & pepper to taste

Clean the salmon, by removing bones and skin. Drain, cook the potatoes in the drained juice. Line a pie plate with crust. Mash potatoes and add to salmon, add onions. Add salt and pepper as desired. Pour mixture into pie plate. Cover with top crust and slash with knife to allow steam to escape. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot with butter on top.
