SALMON PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
Parmesan cheese or seasoned bread crumbs

Fill baked crust with salmon. Beat 3 eggs and add melted butter and basil. Pour over salmon. Top with seasoned bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees 20 minutes. 6 servings.
