SALMON-MACARONI PIE 
4 beaten eggs
2 (15 oz.) cans macaroni in cheese sauce
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, with skin and bones removed and salmon broken into chunks
Soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
Salt and pepper

Stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded cheese and salt and pepper. Put mixture into a greased iron skillet or baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until set in center, 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares. You may sprinkle parsley flakes on it, if desired. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
