2 c. cooked and cooled macaroni, 1 c. broken, uncooked
1 c. diced cucumber
8 oz. can salmon, flaked
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp.minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients; toss together until blended. Serve hot or cold. Serves 4 to 6.
