SALMON MACARONI PIE 
4 beaten eggs
2 (15 oz.) macaroni in cheese sauce
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, bones & skin removed, broken into pieces
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices)
1 c. shredded sharp cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt

In large bowl stir together beaten eggs, macaroni and cheese, salmon, bread crumbs, shredded cheese and salt. Turn mixture into a greased 10" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until set in center, 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares; garnish with parsley sprigs. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
