MACARONI AND CHEESE PIE 
1 sm. pkg. elbow macaroni (small elbows)
2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (sliced)
3 c. milk
3 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni in salted water; drain. Layer macaroni and sliced cheese in buttered casserole dish ending with cheese. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper to milk mixture. Pour over macaroni and cheese layers. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until cheese is browned or toothpick comes out clean.
