MACARONI AND CHEESE PIE 
1 (7 oz.) box macaroni
1 block Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 can cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni and when cooked let cool. Grate 3/4 of the cheese, but make sure you leave enough to cover the top when finished. Mix cheese, egg, cream (enough to make it creamy), salt and pepper in casserole dish.

When finished pour just enough cream to barely come to the top of casserole. Then slice the remaining cheese and cover the top of macaroni mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until slightly brown on top and bottom.
